Terms of Service for HoneMD

Welcome to HoneMD, a brand operated under HoneMD LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, communication tools (including SMS/calls), and any content or materials provided through HoneMD.
By using our services, submitting your contact information, or interacting with us via text, phone, or email, you agree to these Terms.

HoneMD offers medical aesthetics services such as injectables and advanced facials. This includes, but is not limited to: 
Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Injections, Microneedling, and Facial treatments 
Booking and confirming appointments 
Managing CRM access and reporting 
Sending SMS/call notifications and promotional content 
Providing pre- and post-treatment information 
All treatments are provided by licensed medical professionals. HoneMD does not offer emergency medical services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice outside of the scope of aesthetic care. 

By submitting your phone number through any of our forms or contact methods, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from HoneMD related to your account, appointments, service updates, and promotional content. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text communication at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell or share your personal information or phone number with third parties unless required by law.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical history information
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions as provided
• Be respectful to staff, providers, and other clients
• Use our services for lawful and appropriate purposes only
• Be responsible for all activity and communication on their account

HoneMD is not responsible for adverse outcomes due to inaccurate information, noncompliance with medical advice, or client negligence.

All services are billed according to the prices listed on our menu or via a signed agreement. By making a payment or placing a deposit, clients acknowledge and accept the terms of service.

• No refunds are provided for completed treatments or missed appointments, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• A deposit may be required to book an appointment and is non-refundable if canceled without appropriate notice.
• Chargebacks or non-payment may result in appointment cancellations, account holds, or referral to collections.

HoneMD provides medical aesthetic services with the goal of patient satisfaction, but individual results may vary depending on your anatomy, goals, and other factors.
We are not responsible for:

• Individual dissatisfaction with outcomes
• Appointments missed due to scheduling errors outside our control
• Delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., booking systems, text services)

No guarantees are made regarding aesthetic results. All services carry inherent medical risks which are discussed during consultation.

All materials, brand assets, photos, designs, and systems created by HoneMD are the intellectual property of HoneMD LLC. These may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

HoneMD reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for:

• Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
• Violations of these Terms
• Attempts to defraud or disrupt our business operations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly. Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations per our policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
