Two Ways to Start
Both begin with the same free consultation.
What the consultation actually consists of
The consultation is the product. Everything downstream of it is just carrying out what it found.
8 min
Structured intake, completed before you arrive
45 min
One-to-one with a licensed nurse practitioner
90 days
First scheduled review, included in every protocol
5
Protocols on the menu, not forty
These figures describe how the service is run. They are not clinical outcomes. We do not publish outcome statistics we cannot substantiate.
Inside the Consultation: How It Works

1. Complete your intake
A structured questionnaire covering energy, sleep, recovery, skin and history. Eight minutes, before you arrive, so the visit is spent on the answers rather than the questions.

2. Meet your provider
Your nurse practitioner reads the intake with you, confirms candidacy, and rules out what is not appropriate. This is the part that decides everything else.

3. Start your protocol
You leave with a written protocol, a cadence, and the total cost itemized. Nothing is priced at the chair and nothing is added on the day.

4. Review and refine
At 90 days we reassess against your original intake, then adjust, extend, or stop. The review is included and booked before you leave.

Consultation is free. No auto-renewal. Stopping conditions written on day one.
The plan is written down before you agree to it.
Every protocol leaves the room as a document: what you are getting, how often, for how long, what it costs in total, and the conditions under which we would stop. You are agreeing to a plan, not opening a tab.
Book your free consultationMedical direction
- Shawn Abrishamy MD · Medical Director
Your protocol is written by a clinician, not a menu.
Every protocol on this page is set by a licensed nurse practitioner under the medical direction of Shawn Abrishamy, MD. Candidacy is decided at the visit. Some consultations will end with no protocol recommended, and that is a legitimate outcome rather than a failed sale.
Book your free consultationWhat this is not
- A separate clinic to drive to
- A drip lounge or a recliner hour
- A membership you have to hold
- A decision made at the chair
One clinic. The same injector every time.
Your protocol is given by a licensed injector at the clinic where your plan was written. Not a separate wellness studio, not a drip lounge, not forty minutes in a recliner. If you also see us for aesthetics, it goes on the same appointment.
Book your free consultationWhat We Screen For
Your intake maps to six areas. Your provider reads across all of them before recommending anything, and often the useful answer comes from a section you did not expect.
Energy and fatigue
When it started, whether it tracks with your sleep, and whether it changed after an illness, a diet change, or a new medication. We are looking as hard for causes a protocol will not fix as for ones it might.
Sleep quality
Hours, interruptions, and whether you wake rested. Poor sleep is a common explanation for what people arrive describing as low energy, and no injection substitutes for addressing it.
Skin tone and texture
What you see, what changed, and what you are already doing about it, including any aesthetic treatment you already have, so that a protocol complements that work rather than duplicating it.
Recovery and training load
How hard you train, how long recovery takes, and whether that has shifted recently. Training load changes what is appropriate and changes what is worth measuring again at 90 days.
Nutritional intake and absorption
Diet pattern, restrictions, known deficiencies, and any history of malabsorption or bariatric surgery. This is the section most likely to send you for bloodwork before anything is administered.
Contraindications and history
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, kidney and liver history, cardiovascular and bleeding history, asthma or reactive airway disease, current medications, and prior reactions to any injectable or compounded product. This is the section that ends some consultations with no protocol at all.
Five Protocols. Not Forty.
NAD+ and glutathione are what most people come here for; B12 is the simplest and often where an honest intake lands. Peptide therapy is the newest, and the one where we decline more than we carry. Each is a single decision with a stated cadence and a stated total, and your intake decides which one - or whether none of them.

Renew
The one you can start tonight.
Three actives in one 30 ml dropper. GHK-Cu, the copper peptide your skin makes less of after thirty, supports collagen and barrier repair. Hyaluronic acid holds water in the surface layers. SNAP-8 is a peptide studied for softening the look of expression lines. Nightly, at home.

Clarity
The antioxidant your liver already runs on.
Glutathione is the antioxidant your liver makes to clear what the day leaves behind. Levels fall with age, stress and alcohol. Swallowed, most of it breaks down in the gut. As a nasal spray it reaches the bloodstream directly. People come to it for skin tone, steadier energy and recovery after travel. One spray a day, at home.

Signal
Two we can stand behind. Not sixteen.
Sermorelin, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin signal your body to release its own growth hormone, rather than replacing it. Sermorelin is a capsule at bedtime. CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin is a small injection. People come to us for deeper sleep, recovery between hard training days, and body composition. It is a slow protocol. Judge it at 90 days, not three weeks, and we will review it with you then.

Reserve
Energy at the cellular level. Dosed, not guessed.
NAD+ is the coenzyme every cell uses to turn food into energy and to run its repair enzymes. Levels fall steadily with age. Injections start at 50 mg and step up to 100 mg as tolerance allows. The nasal spray is for maintenance at home between visits. People come to us for energy, mental clarity and recovery.

Charge
The vitamin behind your energy. Tested, then dosed.
Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12. Your body needs it to make red blood cells, keep nerves signalling and turn food into energy. Low B12 is common, easy to test, and often shows up as fatigue and brain fog. An injection bypasses the gut, so it works when diet or absorption is the problem. Five minutes a session, every one to two weeks.
Looking for medical weight loss? It runs as its own program, with its own intake and its own posted pricing. Book a consultation and we will walk you through the options.
Prices are for the protocol itself. The consultation is free.
The same molecules, stacked.
The five above are single protocols, each aimed at one system. The five here combine them. GHK-Cu, the copper peptide in Renew, is the base of both Glow and Restore. Mend is the BPC-157 and TB-500 recovery pair, Momentum is MOTS-c on the metabolic side, and Calm is KPV on the immune side. Each is prescribed the same way, on a clinician’s protocol reviewed at 90 days, and each opens for booking the day the compounding list allows it.

Restore
Skin, gut and recovery. One protocol.
Four peptides in one protocol. GHK-Cu supports collagen and skin repair. BPC-157 is studied for repair of the gut lining, tendons and ligaments. TB-500 is studied for tissue repair and flexibility. KPV is a tripeptide studied for calming inflammation in the gut and skin. Together they cover skin, gut and recovery. Available as capsules and as an injection.

Glow
Skin and repair. Three peptides.
Three peptides for skin and tissue repair. GHK-Cu supports collagen and the skin barrier. BPC-157 is studied for repair of tendons, ligaments and the gut lining. TB-500 is studied for tissue repair and flexibility. It is Restore without KPV: shorter, and skin first. Available as capsules and as an injection.

Mend
For the tendon, the gut and the hard week.
The recovery pair. BPC-157 is a peptide studied for repair of tendons, ligaments, muscle and the gut lining. TB-500, a fragment of thymosin beta-4, is studied for tissue repair, flexibility and inflammation. People ask for them after an injury, a hard training block, or gut trouble that will not settle. Capsules, on a twelve-week cycle.

Momentum
Metabolism, from the mitochondria up.
MOTS-c is a peptide your mitochondria make. It is studied for how the body handles sugar and fat, insulin sensitivity and exercise capacity. In studies, levels fall with age and rise with exercise. People come to it for metabolic health and endurance. A small injection, on a six-week cycle.

Calm
Inflammation, in the gut and the skin.
KPV is a three-amino-acid fragment of a hormone your body already makes. It is studied for calming inflammation in the gut lining and the skin. It is the same tripeptide inside Restore, on its own. It suits people whose main issue is inflammatory rather than cosmetic. Available as capsules and as an injection.
Stop guessing. Start with a consultation that asks the right questions.

How this line is run.
What We Will Tell You
If your intake points to sleep, we will say so.
Low energy most often traces back to sleep, training load, or something untreated. A protocol does not fix any of those, and we would rather say it at the consultation than at the 90-day review.
If you should have bloodwork first, we will refer.
This line does not include a lab panel. When your intake suggests one would change the recommendation, we tell you that and point you to it rather than working around it.
If it is not working, we stop.
The conditions for stopping are written into your plan on day one. That makes the 90-day review an actual decision rather than a renewal you have to remember to cancel.
In her own words
★★★★★ 4.9 from 200+ verified Google reviews.
“I’ve been getting treatment for years at other places. HoneMD is the first one that actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing more on me.”
“I came in and they actually told me I didn’t need treatment yet. That kind of honesty earned my trust for life.”
“The pricing on the website was exactly what I paid. That never happens. I feel refreshed, not different – exactly what I asked for.”

Book your free consultationFAQ
What is included in the consultation?
A structured intake, 45 minutes with a licensed nurse practitioner, a written protocol with cadence and total cost, and a 90-day review booked before you leave. The consultation is free.
Do I need bloodwork first?
No. The assessment is a structured intake and a provider conversation, not a lab panel. If your intake suggests bloodwork would change the recommendation, we will tell you and refer you for it.
How do I know if I am a candidate?
Your intake and provider consultation determine that. A consultation can end with no protocol recommended, which is a legitimate outcome and not a wasted visit.
How soon should I expect to notice anything?
It depends on the protocol and on what your intake showed. Your provider gives you a specific written expectation at the visit, so you have something concrete to measure against at 90 days.
Can I combine this with my injectable appointments?
Yes. If you see us for aesthetics as well, we book them together, and your protocol is administered by the same injector rather than handed off.
What happens if it is not working?
We stop or change it at the 90-day review. The conditions under which we would do that are written into your plan on day one, so it is not a judgement call made later.
Do you offer glutathione as an IV or an injection?
Not on this line. Glutathione here is a compounded nasal spray that is prescribed after a consultation and dispensed for you to take home and use daily, rather than administered in the room. If an intravenous or injected form is specifically what you are after, we will tell you that at the visit rather than substitute something else for it.
Do you offer hormone therapy or weight loss?
Hormone therapy, no. Medical weight loss, yes, but as its own programme with its own intake and its own posted pricing, rather than bolted onto this menu. If your intake here points to a metabolic driver, we will say so and route you there instead of treating around it.
How much is a B12 shot in Torrance?
$35 a session, or $175 for a course of six, published here rather than quoted at the chair. B12 is the least expensive protocol on this page and often the correct one.
What does NAD+ cost per session?
$95 at 50 mg and $165 at 100 mg, with six-session courses at $475 and $825. Dose is set at your consultation and titrated upward across sessions rather than started high.
Is peptide therapy FDA approved?
Not for the uses described here. The peptides we carry are prescribed by a clinician and prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies based in the United States, which is lawful and is not the same thing as FDA approval of the therapy. The evidence base is limited and the published studies vary in quality and size. Your provider goes through what is known and what is not before recommending anything, and will tell you when the honest answer is that we do not know.
Is any of this covered by insurance?
No. These are elective wellness services billed directly.
Naturally you.
Five protocols, posted prices, and a free 45-minute visit before you decide anything.

For adults 18+. Individual results may vary. NAD+ and glutathione are compounded prescription products, are not FDA approved, and their effectiveness has not been established in clinical studies. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is an FDA-approved prescription medicine for deficiency caused by malabsorption; use for general wellness, without a documented deficiency, is off-label. Tell your provider about asthma or reactive airway disease before using a nasal product. Prescribed and administered by licensed providers under Medical Director Dr. Shawn Abrishamy, MD, following consultation. Professional services are provided by HoneMD PC. Prices shown are cash prices for the protocol only. 23451 Madison St Ste 190, Torrance, CA 90505.
