Cheek Filler

Your treatment begins with a facial assessment and discussion of your goals. Using a needle or cannula, your injector will place dermal filler into precise areas of the cheeks to create lift, definition, or fullness – depending on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Cheek fillers can be done as a standalone treatment or paired with jawline filler, under-eye filler, or chin enhancement for full-face balancing.

Mild. Cheek injections are well tolerated and often described as a light pressure or fullness. We use topical numbing and filler with lidocaine to ensure a comfortable experience.

There is minimal to no downtime. Some swelling, tenderness, or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days. Most clients resume normal activities the same day.

After-care:

• Avoid pressure, facial massage, or sleeping face-down for 48 hours.
• Use ice if needed for swelling or tenderness.
• No intense workouts, heat, or alcohol for 1–2 days.
• Avoid dental work, facials, or lasers for 2 weeks near the treatment area.

You’ll notice an immediate lift and contour through the midface, with more defined cheekbones, softened smile lines, and overall facial harmony. The face appears more structured, youthful, and refreshed –without looking puffy or overfilled.
