Masseter Tox (TMJ & Jawline Slimming)

Your provider will begin with a facial assessment and a discussion of your goals — whether therapeutic, cosmetic, or both. Neurotoxin (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, or Jeuveau®) is then carefully injected into each masseter muscle, typically at 2–3 points per side.

The treatment takes only a few minutes and requires no numbing. Over the next few weeks, the muscle begins to relax, reducing tension and creating a slimmer jawline appearance.

This procedure is commonly combined with chin filler, jawline filler, or a Nefertiti Lift for full lower-face sculpting and a snatched look

Minimal. The injections feel like a quick pinch or pressure and are very well tolerated. No numbing is typically needed.

There is no downtime. You may have slight swelling or tenderness at the injection site, but this resolves quickly. You can return to your normal routine immediately.

Avoid heavy chewing, dental procedures, or facial massage for 24 hours post-treatment.

• Skip exercise, alcohol, or heat for 24 hours

For TMJ relief - most clients report reduced jaw tension, fewer headaches, and easier chewing within 1–2 weeks.

For jawline slimming - visible contouring appears gradually over 4–6 weeks, as the masseter muscle reduces in size, resulting in a more sculpted, V-shaped lower face. Regular treatments enhance and maintain the effect over time.
