Over weeks, the muscle reduces in size, the jaw narrows, and the lower face transitions into a tapered, V-shaped silhouette.

Masseter tox is dose-dependent. Too little, no slimming. Too much or in the wrong plane, the smile flattens. We palpate the muscle in repose and at full clench to map the bulkiest fibers, then dose 25–50 units per side depending on muscle mass and contouring goal. The injection corridor is the lower posterior masseter - well below the smile-lifting fibers - and we keep the depth deep, in the muscle belly, not on the surface.

We use the same neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, Letybo) used in our wrinkle relaxer treatments - product selection depends on patient history, dosing math, and how long-lasting you want the result.

  • Skip facial massage or pressure on the jaw for 24 hours
