A brow lift using neurotoxin is a quick, non-surgical way to lift and open the eye area by relaxing the muscles that pull the brows downward. Brow lift with neurotoxin is the most technique-dependent injection on the face. The mechanism is opposite-muscle balance: by relaxing the orbicularis oculi (which pulls the brow tail down) while preserving the lateral frontalis (which lifts the brow), the brow tail lifts. Get the placement wrong and you can drop the medial brow, create a "Spock" peak, or flatten the brow entirely.

Our nurse-practitioner injectors assess brow shape, resting position, frontalis pattern, and orbicularis strength before placing a single unit. Most clients get 2–3 units per side in the lateral orbicularis. Conservative dose, two-week follow-up if more is needed.

FAQ

How much can a non-surgical brow lift actually lift?
1–2mm of lift on the outer brow. Subtle but visible - the eye reads as more open and rested, not surgically altered.

Will it look unnatural?
Not when dosed correctly. Done right, a brow lift looks like you slept well - not like you had something done. The risk of an unnatural "Spock" peak comes from too much product or placement too far lateral; we dose conservatively and rebalance at 2 weeks if needed.

How is this different from a surgical brow lift?
Surgical brow lift is permanent, requires anesthesia, has 2–3 weeks of downtime, and costs significantly more. Neurotoxin brow lift is non-surgical, immediate, reversible (wears off in 3–4 months), and a fraction of the cost. Great entry point or maintenance treatment between surgical procedures.

How long does it last?
3–4 months. With consistent treatment the orbicularis weakens and intervals often extend to 4–5 months after a year.

Can I combine with other tox?
Yes - most clients combine brow lift with forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. Treating all four together creates a balanced, refreshed upper face that no single treatment can achieve.

Does it hurt?
