Why injector philosophy matters more than product
HA dermal filler is HA dermal filler — the major brands all use crosslinked hyaluronic acid as their base. What separates a good lip from a bad one isn't the syringe label. It's anatomy, technique, and restraint. The HONEMD protocol defaults to under-treating at the first session and refining at a follow-up — a standard set by our medical director, Shawn Abrishamy, MD.
