Our lip philosophy
At HONEMD, lip enhancement isn't a single product or a single technique. It's a structural conversation about your existing lip anatomy: the height of your upper lip, the projection of the philtral columns, the symmetry of the cupid's bow, the corner downturn, and the relationship between the upper and lower lip volumes. We use HA dermal fillers - the same family of products you'll find at any reputable studio - and we choose between them based on your anatomy, not on what's stocked.

HONEMD is located at 23451 Madison Street in the South Bay, about a 10-minute drive from the Redondo Beach Pier via PCH south. Free parking is available in the medical complex on site.
What to expect
A lip enhancement appointment runs about 60 minutes. We use topical numbing, the injection itself takes 10–15 minutes, and most Redondo patients drive themselves back home or to work the same afternoon. Mild swelling for 24–72 hours is normal. The final result settles in around the two-week mark.
For patients who already have lip filler from another provider that's migrated, lumpy, or asymmetric, we offer a filler correction and rebuild approach - dissolve, wait, then rebuild with proper technique.
Pricing

What you might be wondering
Will I look overfilled?
Not the way we approach lip enhancement. Our injector team uses conservative volume and prioritize shape over size. You can always add - you can't easily subtract without dissolving and rebuilding.
How long does HA lip filler last?
Typically 9–15 months. Some lip products last longer than others; we'll choose based on your goals and your metabolism.
Does it hurt?
We use topical numbing and the products themselves contain a small amount of lidocaine. Most Redondo patients describe the experience as a 3–4 out of 10.
Can I do this on a lunch break?
Most patients prefer not to - there's mild swelling for the rest of the day. We recommend booking when you don't have a high-stakes meeting or photo immediately after.
